I had a really nice stay at Hampton By Hilton during my business trip. The rooms were impeccably clean and had a desk area for work, as well as a fridge. The breakfast had a lot of options and the food was decent. The hotel is located in a comfortable area near Ramos Arizpe and close to Saltillo, Mexico, good restaurants, and the airport.

Pleasant staff and comfy location in the General Motors area, everything was perfect. I had impeccably clean room to myself with refrigerator and the bath clogged, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by Mexico airport, central Mexico, and the tube. Also, it was 3 miles from Europlaza Mall.

The staff at the registration desk are wonderful. Very courteous, gracious and patient. And they were prompt!
I should have asked for a different room because mine was right next to the pool and there were young people having a great time well into the night. My fault, not the hotels and I know what to ask for next time. At least it was on the ground floor.
